一段變心與背叛的過往，兩個(gè)性格完全不同的女人，三對(duì)陷入感情糾葛的年輕男女。在海鷗角的聚會(huì)上，從四面八方匯集而來的眾人不約而同地感覺到悲劇的降臨。
1936年的英格蘭，網(wǎng)球明星內(nèi)維爾·斯特蘭奇和他的前妻奧黛麗做出了一個(gè)不可思議的決定，一起去海鷗角度過一個(gè)夏天。海鷗角是他們童年的家，也是內(nèi)維爾的姨媽特蕾西蓮夫人的海濱莊園。
